NO INSURANCE IS PROVIDED FOR THE CUSTOMER HEREIN. Customer shall purchase for its own account such insurance as it desires, including insurance against risk of damage to or loss of equipment herein rented and against liability for personal injuries and property damage. Customer agrees to abide by the schedule of time limits and overtime charges as posted on the Green Dot Concrete premises forthe return of the trailer. Time limits apply only to normal business hours. Customer acknowledges the above trailer has been delivered to his or her possession for his or her own use and in consideration agrees to pay the rental charges herein stated. Customer hereby authorizes Green Dot Concrete to charge his or her credit card account listed above for the total amount of rental including damage, cleaning, and late charges if any, or to use any cash deposit or check left as deposit to satisfy any all charges related to this rental. Customer acknowledges that he or she has inspected said trailer, trailer hitch, lights, tires, lug nuts and safety chain, that he or she has found the trailer and hook up safe and secure and that he or she accepts same agreeing to assume all responsibility for said trailer while it is in his or her custody. Customer is responsible for knowing the towing capacity and hitch capacity of his or her vehicle. Trailer and one yard of concrete weigh approximately 4,900 lbs with a tongue weight of approximately 500 lbs. Green Dot Concrete does not make any recommendations as to the suitability of any vehicle for safely towing said trailer. Customer further agrees to indemnify and save Green Dot Concrete from any liability, claims, and expenses arising from any injury or damage to his or her person or property or to other persons or property that may occur while said trailer is in his or her custody. In the event of any accident, Customer agrees to make a written report to Green Dot Concrete. Green Dot Concrete is not responsible for vehicle or trailer breakdowns, flat tires or either towing vehicle or trailer, or delays due to traffic conditions. Customer initiated on-site service calls made by Green Dot Concrete may be charged at $150.00 minimum. Customer agrees to comply with Washington State Laws covering the use of trailers, to travel within the speed limit, not to exceed 45 MPH, to have all lights operating when necessary, and to assure responsibility for fire, theft, confiscation and all citations and penalties incurred against said trailer while in his or her possession.
